Our loader arose from the experience maturated in bakery industry, from the analysis of observed problems on conventional models and from the client requests.
One of a kind, it simplify the ordinary maintenance operations without any specific attention.
Even the operations of use are simple, practical and intuitive in order to guarantee a better efficiency during load operations. The goal of our proposal has always had to simplify the everyday work and to make it as natural as possible.
Attention: with our loader, the canvas can be used twice!
Strong Points
- Extruded anodized aluminium (T6) of our exclusive design;
- Galvanized steel hook with anti-wear lateral runner for a better canvas flow and to protect the aluminium outline;
- Lower roller cover to keep the canvas cleaner (standard);
- Entirely assembled with screw (without rivets);
- Canvas without eyelet to avoid measure problems in spare parts;
- Remarkable improvements in bending and torsion.
Structure
T6 aluminium structure with completely screwed details (without rivets) made for a better strength, with bend and torsion lower than standard.
Roller Cover
The Roller cover in floor is a standard in every loader, it allows to have a lower canvas wear and avoids the contact between the roller and the canvas maintaining it more clean.
Hook
Stainless steel hook with lateral runner suitable for all ovens with internal duct.
